A journey that began 35 years ago, with a team of dedicated professionals, the Pinnacle Group has successfully emerged as a pioneer in establishing and promoting the IT Industry by setting up versatile IT parks to mark the growth of the IT/ITES Industry in the NCR region.
Situated at the heart of Noida, the group has dedicated over 5 million square ft. as a threshold for instituting more than 110 facilities with promising new age facilities that commit to take the IT Industry further and beyond.
In addition to a long list of satisfied national clients, the group has won quite a few hearts of clients residing in international borders.
All the projects of Pinnacle Group are executed by separate SPV’s who control the group’s equity. Pinnacle has delivered premium office facilities that credited as a perfect address for software development centres, bank offices, back-up offices, data centres, BPO, KPO, and corporate offices.
Pinnacle group has also diversified into the hospitality sector by setting up hotels in Lavasa, Pune and partnering with renowned brands like Holiday Inn, Taj Group, Hilton Hotels & Resorts.

A JOURNEY THAT BEGAN 35 YEARS AGO
Our journey began 35 years ago, with a team of dedicated professionals, under the dynamic leadership of Mr. Kanwaljit Singh and Co-Founder, Mr. Rachvan Singh.

Our Founders
- Mr. Kanwaljit Singh
A science graduate with management degree from Punjab University, he has over 20 years of experience in development infrastructure in Noida. He owns a number of industrial properties in Noida which are being used to provide infrastructure to various industries, call centers and IT related companies.
Being a business expert, he has travelled to over 15 countries in connection with promotion of developing infrastructure facilities and negotiation for technical collaborations with foreign companies. - Mr. Rachvan Singh
A commerce graduate from Punjab University, he has over 20 years of expertise in development of infrastructure facilities. He not only has a pleasing personality but is also a smart businessman who has a team of trusted and dedicated professionals to execute strategized and aesthetically design projects. - Mr. Amandeep Singh
A commerce graduate from Amity Business School, Amandeep is a young and passionate Chairman & Managing Director to the prestigious company. Awarded with a Master’s degree from Imperial College Business School in London, he exhibits insightful characteristics and is always on the edge of inspiring innovative strategies that help in putting Pinnacle on the map, simultaneously proving to be of substantial importance to the investors. - Mr. Karandeep Singh
